Aluminium coolers, built in house
High quality aluminium coolers are fabricated at Abbotts Industrial Cooling for air/oil and air/air applications, on compressors, on mobile and stationary equipment, and for remote oil cooling packages.
Aluminium cores manufactured in the highly effective plate and bar configuration allow us to supply coolers with high strength, high conductivity and low weight. They operate in high pressure ranges and offer excellent resistance to corrosion and vibration failure.
Custom building
We can custom build to any size or configuration, including tank fabrication and custom building for radiators. Universal oil coolers suit one-off applications and low volume imported brands where no catalogued part exists.
We have also developed specialised welding techniques for work that conventional methods will not handle, including the repair and recoring of aluminium oil coolers and the retubing of shell and tube heat exchangers.
